As Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Acclaro, Steve Baggerly drives the strategic roadmap for the company’s SaaS and AI-driven localization platforms. An entrepreneurial executive with over 30 years of experience, Steve specializes in scaling global teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and advising companies through successful M&A activities.

Steve’s deep expertise in global operations is defined by his success in implementing Agile transformations and establishing high-performing engineering teams across India, China, Europe, and Ukraine. In the language services space, he has spent the last seven years focused on building technological solutions that significantly reduce time-to-market for Fortune 50 clients.

When not driving technology strategy, Steve can be found in the mountains and rivers around his Boise, Idaho base, or exploring the ocean as an avid scuba diver. He is deeply committed to community service, serving as a Board member for the Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Division and currently preparing for the Accessible Camino—an initiative dedicated to making the historic Camino de Santiago pilgrimage accessible to individuals with limited mobility.
