Lea Fields

As Global Program Director at Acclaro, Lea works with customers to find solutions, learn, and grow together. She enjoys helping colleagues grow in their careers, coaching them at different stages – and also learning from them. Lea enjoys problem solving, looking at the big picture and finding efficiencies.

Lea holds a B.A in History from the University of Oregon. Prior to Acclaro, Lea held roles at RWS Moravia, Lionbridge and PTI Global. Outside of work, Lea enjoys walks and hikes in nature, traveling near and far, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.
