Amy Uthe
As People Operations Director, Amy leads Acclaro’s efforts related to talent acquisition, human resources, culture and inclusion, and learning and development.
Prior to joining Acclaro, Amy was the Chief People Officer at Freedom Learning Group, where she developed and led the HR, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development functions for a global remote workforce of military spouses, veterans, and other underrepresented populations.
Prior to Freedom Learning Group, Amy spent nearly six years at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., where she developed and managed division-wide strategy and issue-specific campaigns.
Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability from Arizona State University and a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from Johns Hopkins University’s Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility.
In her free time, Amy goes on long hikes with her husband Peter and two dogs, Gordon and Celeste. She grew up in Michigan and loves going back there every summer to enjoy time on the lake with family and friends.
