Description:
The WordsOnline Onboarding Lead will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the onboarding process for both new and existing customers. This position will oversee the linguistic onboarding procedures, ensuring that accounts are onboarded effectively according to the defined schedules and priorities. The Onboarding Lead will work closely with Project Managers and Account Quality Managers, and collaborate with the WordsOnline Production Director and Onboarding Manager to implement innovative workflows and processes.

Reports to: WOL Onboarding and Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding of accounts into the WordsOnline platform, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration of all customer requirements (content types, service levels, languages, etc.).
- Conduct requirements analysis to gather detailed information regarding customer needs, including linguistic assets, services, and specific customer expectations.
- Implement and monitor onboarding procedures to ensure they are applied consistently and according to the defined schedule.
- Oversee the 360-degree tracking of onboarding activities across all teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless cooperation among all team members.
- Coordinate dry runs, ensuring readiness for full project launch.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and identify new candidates for onboarding opportunities.
- Kick-off large projects and manage pilot project launches, ensuring all steps are executed correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the WordsOnline Production Director and Onboarding Manager to identify and implement process improvements and workflow enhancements.
- Engage with customers to maintain strong relationships, focusing on quality and continual improvement of the onboarding process.
- Support Project Managers in the US timezone, leveraging knowledge of the platform and processes to assist in project execution.
- Provide ongoing support to Production Managers to streamline the overall onboarding process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or onboarding-related roles in the localization industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent military or professional experience
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Proven experience with CAT tools or similar online platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team cohesion.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to think resourcefully to overcome obstacles.
