Acclaro is a translation service and platform that helps the world’s leading brands succeed across cultures. Through a fine-tuned process, top industry talent, and leading technologies, we make a long-term investment in our clients’ global brands.

Working in over 125 languages and with offices around the globe, Acclaro helps clients open new markets and gain a competitive edge by expertly adapting their brands and products with fast, high-quality translations.

Three things you need to know about this position:

  1. In this vital role you will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, customers success, and finance to drive top line growth as efficiently as possible. Plan to regularly interact with all team leads and facilitate the RevOps task force.
  2. This is a newly created function within a long-established, growing services company. The person in this role should be entrepreneurial, motivated, and willing to work within an established culture.
  3. We want to find someone who can function tactically and grow strategically. Everyone on the team balances contribution and planning, and you too will be working to inform and collaborate.

Sounds good? What else should you know. Your success will require an eye for detail, an instinct for order, and an ability to scale and execute through a process-driven approach.

As a key player across systems and processes, your understanding of how to use data to drive outcomes will enable us to make smart, proactive decisions.

You are coachable, curious, positively persistent, and accountable. You manage time, prioritize, and communicate effectively. You can think broadly to facilitate the company’s growth and multiple teams’ successes.

Also, we are considering candidates globally but need you to have availability to work in U.S. time zone hours.
