The People Operations team at Acclaro leads companywide efforts to talent acquisition, learning and development; human resources; and diversity, equity and inclusion. We are seeking a People Operations Manager to join our growing team. In partnership with the People Operations Director, you will effectively develop, refine, and manage initiatives centered around Acclaro’s people and teams. You will be passionate about trends and innovative techniques related to the employee lifecycle, retaining top talents within the company.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, over five years of experience in a people operations related function with proficiency in related systems and platforms. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effortlessly work across multiple lanes of business within the organization.

Location: Remote, must be able to work within U.S. time zones

Reports to: People Operations Director


  • Work closely with the People Operations Director to document, implement and work to improve processes, procedures and programs related to people operations with a priority on the team member lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain a system to ensure that people policies are consistently updated, clearly communicated, and easily accessible for all employees
  • Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company in partnership with the People Operations Director
  • Propose, facilitate, and lead employee relations meetings, including conducting internal audits, escalation meetings, mediation discussions, and on and offboarding meetings
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to efficiently streamline and constantly refine the pre-offer, negotiation, and onboarding process for new hires and internal promotions or transitions
  • Plan and lead employee engagement events to promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
  • Partner with Finance, People Operations Director, and leadership team to analyze compensation and oversee the timely administration of performance evaluations
  • Regulate HRIS data including team member records and information changes such as promotions, terminations, transfers, demographics, headcount, and employment classifications
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all people data in the HRIS and ancillary systems
  • Implement and analyze companywide pulse polls and engagement surveys
  • Administer organizational compliance with international, federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, professional or military equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Development
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience implementing and managing a full suite of HR systems and platforms
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Thorough understanding of relevant people operations best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations


  • Experience with benefits management and/or working with PEO providers
  • Experience with international employment policies and/or working at a global company
  • Relevant certification such as SHRM, PHR/SPHR, PMP or PMI
  • Experience working at a startup or rapidly scaling company
  • Experience in the Localization and Translation industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience managing large projects
