Based in the UK, Steve is a seasoned professional with expertise in driving new revenue opportunities in the localization industry. A graduate of the University of Sheffield, Steve began his career in insurance and staffing, achieving significant success, including opening new offices in Ireland and earning multiple performance awards.

Transitioning to localization as Business Development Director at Applied Language Solutions, Steve has since onboarded blue-chip clients like Spotify, IKEA, Nvidia, and Disney, contributing to over $100 million in revenue. He has spoken three times at LocWorld and is renowned for his customer-focused, process-driven approach to helping brands expand globally.

Steve values the localization industry’s unique impact, connecting brands with audiences worldwide and creating meaningful cultural connections.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys family time, supporting Leeds United, and traveling to destinations like Sydney and the South of France. Fun fact: his wedding was featured in VIP Magazine in Ireland. A passionate advocate for education, Steve previously served on the Board of Governors at his daughters’ school.
