Sahil Rishi

Sahil Rishi leads Acclaro's strategic, operational, and financial agenda. He joined the company in March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and became Group President in September 2026.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), Sahil brings more than two decades of senior finance and executive leadership in technology-enabled services, with a track record in transformation, operational discipline, and value creation for private-equity-backed businesses.

Before Acclaro, he was Group CFO of Opus Talent Solutions, a Graphite Capital-backed global recruitment business, where he led finance, technology, legal, and compliance and steered the group through a challenging post-pandemic market. Earlier, he was UK CFO and Board Director at Sedgwick, the UK's largest claims management business, and UK Finance Director at Egon Zehnder. As Group Financial Controller at The Cambian Group, he helped take the company through its IPO.

Sahil lives in London with his wife and three young children. Away from work he's a keen road cyclist, plays and listens to music, gardens, and never runs out of DIY projects.
