A double major in Italian Studies and International Relations from Dickinson College, Matthew’s career began serendipitously when he answered a New York Times ad for an entry-level position at TransPerfect in 1994. As the company’s first business development hire, Matthew played a pivotal role in its growth to 150 employees over six years.

Matthew’s career is decorated with accolades, including TransPerfect’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Outstanding Client Services Awards, and a 2023 Top Performer Award from Welocalize.
