Sales Operations Manager (MA, NY, SF or Remote)

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for implementing processes and tracking key metrics across the sales organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound lead distribution and tracking, as well as outbound strategy. CRM policy, strategy, and reporting throughout the sales cycle. This includes lead intake, tracking, reporting, quoting, delivery, and conclusion.

Responsibilities:

  •  Work with VP of Sales to drive efficiency, scalability and automation across the sales process
  • Work with VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to design, build, implement, and maintain reporting and KPIs used by senior leadership for understanding and driving the business
  • Work with VP of Sales to develop lead qualification process for market response and sales team
  • Work with VP, Sales on setting and implementing best practices and process improvements across the sales organization
  • Lead statistical analysis on team and product performance to drive recommendations to executive team
  • Build and manage outbound campaigns
  • Track sales pipeline and metrics
    ○ Assign new leads
    ○ Track and report on leads throughout the sales lifecycle
    ○ Manage portfolio of sales reports for field and executive teams
    ○ Participate in performance tracking, analysis, and goal-setting including forecasting
  •  Support the VP, Sales in setting and presenting at weekly, monthly and quarterly operational meetings
  • Evaluate and own all third-party sales tools
  • Manage CRM adaptation, workflow and Innovation
    ○ Assign users
    ○ Manage data integrity
    ○ Create and manage reporting
    ○ Prioritize and guide CRM system enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation on customer success processes and training documents

Required Skills:

  • Localization industry experience preferred
  • 3 or more years sales experience in a data driven role required
  • Formal sales methodologies training
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM,  pipeline management, and outbound best practices a must
  • Excellent leadership skills, including sales management and mentoring
  • Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outbound sales content creation and management
