Sales Development Representative

DESCRIPTION:

The SDR is responsible for managing outbound lead generation channels for the sales team at Acclaro.  The successful candidate will work with the senior client development and account management teams to develop relationships with key translation buyers at target companies as well as growing our relationship with existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the senior sales team to identify translation buyers at target companies and existing customer accounts
  • Working with the marketing team on messaging, contact personas and outbound best practices
  • Maintaining accurate CRM (Hubspot) records and forecast
  • Managing outbound contact effort through CRM (Hubspot) and lead development tool (Cognism)
  • Warm calling prospects at target accounts and growth accounts
  • Educating prospects at target and growth accounts on our products and services
  • Setting appointments and demos for the senior sales team
  • Understanding and demonstrating our services and technology to customers and prospects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience selling localization services is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use LinkedIn and other tools to network and prospect into target profile accounts
  • Ability to build relationships to grow existing accounts
  • Ability to demo our technology and understand how it fits into the prospects workflow
  • College degree or equivalent experience
