Mazda Marketing Video

Voiceover, onscreen text and music mixing for multiple instructional videos on the features and operations of Mazda cars.

This project for Tweddle on behalf of Mazda contained live video, CGI animations and high res stills.

The total scope of the project included the production of 30 videos per car in seven languages for a total of 210 videos.

We produced the videos in Adobe Premiere Pro and dynamically linked them to After Effects and a Photoshop sequence with image layers localized into Danish, Norwegian, Turkish, Croatian, Slovak, Slovene and Portuguese (Portugal).

Voiceover – naturally paced calm reassuring voiceover and extensive video retiming to allow for the voiceover time expansion.

Onscreen – onscreen text dynamically linked into After Effects and Photoshop files and localized/country specific images.

Music Mixing – as the video durations changed with retiming we remixed the music tracks to match the new video durations by looping and removing repetitive sections. The music has to start precisely when the Mazda logo hits the screen and to finish exactly when the final logos fade out.
