YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Acclaro, you’ll be the driving force behind attracting and hiring exceptional talent across diverse roles. You’ll manage specialized searches, partner with hiring managers globally, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and craft effective hiring strategies
• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and assessment platforms
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth, timely hiring processes
• Represent Acclaro’s brand and values in every candidate interaction

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with specialized searches
• Hold a bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Are fully proficient in English and comfortable working in a global, remote environment
• Bring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Are tech-savvy and adept at using recruiting tools and platforms
• Thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple priorities effectively

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have experience in SaaS, recruitment agencies, or the localization industry
• Are skilled in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Have worked in multicultural environments and understand global hiring dynamics
