Our Head of Content will lead messaging and content initiatives including content strategy, editorial, and content production across every channel. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to reinforce key narratives that position Acclaro as a  leader and expert in localization and translation and our mission to unite people through language. This person will develop thought leadership content, blogs, and campaign assets to support outbound, inbound and demand generation goals.

Owning the content function, you’ll partner with cross-functional experts to guide content development and execution across the customers’ journey. You’ll have a deep understanding of our ideal clients and use those insights to inform the content strategy.

Reports to: Director of Marketing


  • Lead storytelling by transforming high-level concepts and brand goals to executable campaigns and assets
  • Have a marketing and publishing mindset with proven experience developing and executing on a content strategy that is powered by data
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a content strategy that achieves business goals
  • Collaborate with creative, product, sales, operations, and digital teams to create, distribute and manage content across the customer journey
  • Build and manage an efficient content team of freelance contributors and agencies to deliver revenue-driving, impactful content across channels and mediums
  • Drive new content creation and updates that align with the SEO strategy
  • Work closely with revenue operations to develop metrics to analyze and adapt content performance to meet business goals


  • Full-professional proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field
  • 5 to 10+ years of work experience as an in-house Head of Content, Content Director, Senior Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in a B2B services company
  • Experience developing content strategy and framework from the ground up
  • Experience developing and successfully executing on an editorial calendar
  • A strong digital content background
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital and social media
  • Hands-on experience in identifying opportunities, researching & analyzing emerging issues, and developing strategic responses
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and delegating assignments to both in-house and freelance writers, content producers, and creatives
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Proven experience as an impactful storyteller – comfortable in any arena evangelizing our brand mission


  • Be comfortable giving creative feedback as well as adept at interpreting insights from data
  • Have a natural ability to apply creative thinking to business problems
  • Proven to be capable of guiding and nurturing creative work that meets business briefs
  • Have an attention to detail, very high-quality standards and principles when it comes to brand integrity and acting against insights
  • Adept at demonstrating business outcomes of content strategy, including content ROI
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across a number of internal and external teams
  • Strong project management skills
