From our side of the company, we like to reach out to our customers every so often and take some temperatures: what do you like? What don’t you like? What works? What could work better?
Well, it looks like we’re doing something right. As mentioned in a recent press release, we scored pretty high in a number of areas, including responsiveness, service, and availability. Our VP of Operations, Ora Solomon, is “very satisfied with the response rate,” adding that the positive feedback “sets us apart from other localization companies.”
As for our clients themselves, they used words like “professional”, “ideal”, and “first-rate”. And who are we to argue with our clients?
