Bringing over 10 years experience and a specialty in software localization, Young has extensive knowledge about agile development. Clarke has worked on localizing over 50 products for dozens of companies, many of which follow an iterative agile methodology.
In contrast to the traditional waterfall method of software development, agile development has continual releases with self-organized teams and fluid assignments during a sprint. These moving parts require a new set of tools and best practices for businesses to successfully move into new language markets. Conference attendees will learn practical tips for incorporating localization in the fast-moving agile development process, ensuring that new languages do not get lost in the race to the finish line.

Today, she manages all west coast client relationships, localization endeavors and sales.
