Jon Ritzdorf serves as the Acclaro in-house globalization architect, a client support position melding technical knowledge and extensive experience with localization strategies. Jon consults with clients regularly and presents seminars for many of the world's leading IT corporations on localization best practices, internationalization and testing products for global release. Jon holds an M.A. in Chinese Translation and draws on more than a decade of experience for both his professional work and as an adjunct professor at New York University and the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Along with his basic working knowledge of the Indonesian language, he has an extensive collection of traditional Indonesian “batik” shirts (some of which are loud enough to be heard across the Pacific!).
