Job Description: Client Development Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Client Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of acquiring and growing new enterprise clients for our translation and localization services for their assigned territory. This role includes prospecting and qualifying sales leads, managing a territory sales pipeline, processing and closing sales. Must have the ability to approach high-level decision-makers and make sales presentations to groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities working from leads you have developed or have been given by marketing.
- Effectively qualify leads early in the sales process that insure company resources are being applied to opportunities that are most promising.
- Lead in the development and client presentation of proposals that match our unique service offerings to clients' specific needs.
- Facilitate the negotiation of agreements with support from senior management that result in closed sales and quota attainment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Localization service industry experience.
- Proven track record of closing $50K-200K proposals.
- Must be willing to prospect.
- Limited travel.
